Michael is a smart, friendly and very honest guy.

Kim seems to have endless patience and good humour in our frequent email exchanges and during our occasional phone conversations. I can be a bit batty and sometimes uncontactable at crucial moments; nothing seems to phase Kim. She is always good-humoured and gives me sensible advice/information. I realise this review may seem 'over the top', but Kim Welcome deserves it and I couldn't manage without her!

We have just rented a flat using Black Katz and found them to be incredibly helpful. Everything has gone very smoothly and any questions or issues have been answered within the day of asking. They have been very accommodating to any needs of ours.
We will be moving in this week and have found the process easy and simple. We even managed to negotiate with the landlord in regards to lowering the rent slightly.
All in all it meant the moving process has gone a lot smoother and we are very grateful! Gatis was particularly good when we first viewed the property and seemed to take a genuine interest in my boyfriend and I and made it feel more personal. We were very pleased with his help and guidance.

The best experience my sister and I have had so far in London with a lettings agent. Michal was absolutely amazing. We approached him on a Monday and by Wednesday night we had had a viewing and secured the property. He took everything we asked for into consideration, really listening to what we wanted, and did not waste his or our time with places out of our price range or that wouldn't be for us. The communication was great and he went beyond to call other branches and ask about a place that fit our needs. I would highly recommend Black Katz on 78 Borough, because of Michal and their admin staff that was really quick to sort things out as well. Will definitely be going back to Michal if we ever need to move again, he was really outstanding and went the extra mile for us. Would highly recommend Michal at Black Katz 100%.

We had a very positive experience with Black Katz on Borough High Street.
Mike, our agent, rang us early on and suggested appropriate and well priced properties. We arranged a viewing on our house and signed on it immediately. Everything was very professional and speedy, and Black Katz admin staff are always available to answer questions.
It has been a pretty pain-free experience and we are thrilled with our new house and the service Black Katz have provided.

Absolutely fantastic communication, always keeping me up to date with how the rent agreement was progressing.
Staff was always available to help, even on short notice and offered advice beyond the normal call of duty.
There were no delays from Black Katz throughout the renting process. Tasks (such as requesting a deposit and signatures for the tenancy agreement) were conducted promptly (some on the same day as agreeing to take on the rental, the rest within 2 days).
Property viewings were scheduled on short notice and the staff demonstrated good knowledge of the property, however I was informed that the council tax for the property was significantly lower than it actually transpires to be (Lambeth vs Westminster). This is my only complain,t but is what stops me from awarding top marks. All other information provided was accurate and detailed. The property viewing was thorough, ensuring I had time to view all amenities, ask questions and inspect the premises so I could make an informed decision.
Over all, I'm very happy with the smooth and fast process. Would I recommend Black Katz? Absolutely. Their smooth, efficient and detailed service benefits not only their landlord clientele, but also prospective tenants.

Black Katz has improved its electronic admin system since I last used them three years ago, and therefore I was able to complete all the paper work, etc without having to go into the office.

One of the best customer services I have ever received from a state agent.
Michal did not waste his time and straightaway started looking for properties that matched my requirements. He was fully able to understand what type of properties I was looking for.
I was looking for a flat in West, North and South parts of London. Michal called other Black Katz offices to find out, if there are other offers, I would be interested in. That's really going an extra mile.
Also, communication was excellent. Even outside the working hours or on the weekend he kept me informed and made sure that I am up to date with the available properties.
It was the most pleasant experience of looking for a new home.
I highly recommend Michal as an estate agent.

We have been awaiting for our deposit to be returned for over 2 months, and despite consistent emails we do not even get the courtesy of a reply (I compare this to dealing with Foxtons who returned our deposit within two weeks of vacating our previous property).
I agree with previous comments on here
"This agency are happy to show you around properties and take your money but when it comes down to it they simply cannot be bothered with you after the contract is signed. The are lazy, unhelpful and completely useless when it comes to dealing swiftly with important matters."

Fantastic letting agent; really friendly and helpful with everything. Didn't try and 'sell' me the property and let me make up my own mind, none of the pushiness I had be warned to expect from letting agents! Helped and supported me through the who process of putting in an offer and securing the property, even agreed to show my flatmate around again at short notice. Was really happy with the experience and it took a lot of the stress and uncertainty from the process of renting my 1st London flat. 10 out of 10 service, Sanil was great to deal with and a huge help!
