After our offer being held and then declined by a private landlord, we ended up having a very short amount of time in which to find a flat: Vincent was incredibly helpful, understood exactly what we were looking for and arranged several viewings in a row so we could find the apartment that was best for us as quickly as possible. Once we had decided to make an offer, Michelle was very helpful throughout the admin process, and very quick to respond to queries.

Michelle helped in sorting out all the admin, very friendly, to the point and someone who got things done. Whenever we encountered a problem she made sure to find out how to progress, she never dropped the ball but instead was always ontop of things.
Most my previous experiences with letting agencies haver been very poor, but I can strongly recommend dealing with Vince and Michelle!

My partner and I have just secured a rental apartment in Borough. Vince has been brilliantly throughout the process. Black Katz charges an admin fee of around £180. Although pricey, I understand it to be fairly common in the market.

My partner and I have just secured a rental apartment in Borough. Vince has been brilliantly throughout the process. He helped us negotiate a good price for the property, and kept us up to date with all communications with the landlord. He is enthusiastic about all the properties he shows prospective tenants and is willing to give his honest opinion (which is something that is lacking in the industry!) I would highly recommend working with Vince if you are looking for someone who will be hard-working and make the process of securing a property easy and efficient.
