This company and her lack of respect toward tenants and the neighbouring homes is absolutely shocking.

Do not go with this agent if you value your neighbours. I have the gross misfortune of owning a house next door to one of the properties they manage. I came home from a day at work to find an enormous amount of garden debris from the neighbouring property strewn about under my fence from A&W's gardener having done some cutting down. It had very obviously been thrown over to my side so that he could avoid a trip to the tip. When I phoned to complain I was, incredibly, told that I was always intended to be part of the clean up operation! They fill the house with incredibly noisy, poorly behaved people and do nothing to manage their behaviour. Ethical landlords, steer clear!

This branch has very poor communication to tenants. The staffs are polite but not prioritize and keep their customers well informed. Every processes I have been through were super slow. Now II am waiting patiently for getting my deposit back for more than 2 weeks without any updates from staff... Read Full Review

Fantastic service. I can't fault the team from the Winchester office at all. Richard and Gail were the two I dealt with and they were both readily available and really moved the sale along. I might add that Richard came up with a very creative way for me to get extra money for the house which no other agent suggested and really worked. So in summary, I found them both sincere, honest and genuinely nice people to deal with and most importantly effective.

I was on the market with another agent, but hadn't sold.
I was repeatedly contacted by Austin and Wyatt who assured me that they could sell my home in a few weeks.
I took them on as a joint agent, however in all the time that they were meant to be marketing my property, I received no contact from them. No viewings, no advice or support, no feedback - absolutely nothing.
I was originally told that as a joint agent, I would only pay their agency fee if they sold the house, however it transpired that I would have been liable for their fee irrespective of who sold the house, i.e. I had to pay the full agency fee to both estate agents
Little thing that rankled - when I read through their contract before signing, the agency fee was 0.25% more than the fee agreed !
House still not sold. Feel that Austin and Wyatt did nothing.
