We recently bought a house through Austin and Wyatt. We had viewed it a few months before and were outbid. The sale fell through and they came back to us and we proceeded. All through the process both Kyle and David were fantastic. Kyle is really switched on, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Without his help and support we would never have completed on our very specific deadline (being hindered by solicitors and the vendor.) The obstacles he had to tackle were numerous and entailed other branch members going out of their way to sort paperwork and signatures for completion. David went to the property and resolved a problem completely off of his own initiative, which was very much appreciated. They definitely go above and beyond on every level and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future. We have bought many properties and these two chaps have been the best hands down, what a refreshing change!!
