This company took over from the clowns known as WSB Properties, so they had a real up hill struggle to fix the many errors they created. This company took over from the clowns known as WSB Properties, so they had a real up hill struggle to fix the many errors they created. It has been tough and I was about to take my business elsewhere. But then all of a sudden they sack all the staff and wastes of space, and get this new team in. The new lettings manager, such a nice bloke (ex navy too so had good training in management), he just filled me with confidence, and the new lettings girl let my property the day it came on, and the new property manager really knows his stuff and doesn't mess about, they really have turner it all around. Well done guys.

Awful, incompetent staff. "Lost" rent payments then sent us a letter from a debt collection agency stating if it wasnt paid in 7 days we would be taken to court for money owed to the tune of £1300! Upon receiving proof of payment from us via bank statements they then retracted this with no apology, only saying they just dont know where the money has gone. Our landlord, presumably as sick of this company as we are, has now taken steps to remove all of his properties from A&W - leaving my family, including a 9month old baby - with an eviction notice which, after being told over the phone this was happening a week ago, no formal letter has arrived. Issues with the flat that we rent have never been chased up at all, most have been sorted and paid for by ourselves as we got fed up with waiting. The staff, particularly David, are downright rude & dont seem to have a clue how to do the job they are employed to do! The only member of staff who is helpful at all is a man named Roy, who appears to spend most of his time dealing with the numerous cock ups by his colleagues. AVOID DEALING WITH THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS, AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!

I requested the return of our Tenant's deposit as one Tenant was moving, the other was staying and we were moving to use another letting agent. My first letter to Austin Wyatt was lost, a follow up email was not acted on and over a period of five weeks I was having to contact them to ascertain when the deposit would be received. I was then told it would be transferred by BACS. It did not appear on the date that I was given nor was the deposit received on the second date I was given. It was then received but not sent to the account that had been given in my original letter. My telephone calls were not returned in a timely fashion and the office is clearly disorganised and unhelpful.

The removal day we wanted we got and all the time we were aware that our interests were being carefully protected by the agents. Excellent, professional service and worth every penny.
