From the outset, Kyle, David and Marcus were fantastic professionals and respectful of the way in which we wished to approach the market.
When things didn’t move immediately, they gave sensible advice and were incredibly helpful and supportive in how they contacted the agents for the property we were buying. Viewings were always booked in for times that were a best fit for us with a young family and feedback was always provided in a timely manner.
This is the second time we have used the team for a property sale and we would not hesitate to do so again in the future. We are very grateful for their kindness and positive attitudes of all of the team.

Very happy with the services of Austin and Wyatt, Canford Heath. Very good local knowledge of current house values and rental investments. Kept well informed at all stages of the purchase. Communication between us and the vendor was efficient and prompt when questions were raised. A site visit , accompanied by Kyle , was arranged there and then when we raised concerns about the building site.This did much to allay our fears and added to the general feeling of being well looked after throughout the whole process.Have already recommended the branch to other people.
