I recently tried to arrange a viewing of a property, I contacted them on Friday and they called me back on the Saturday as I was heading out the door so told Gem I would call her back in an hour when I was on the train. I recently tried to arrange a viewing of a property, I contacted them on Friday and they called me back on the Saturday as I was heading out the door so told Gem I would call her back in an hour when I was on the train. When I called nobody answered so I left a message amd nobody bothered to phone me back. On Tuesday I sent another request and got a call on Wednesday morning which I missed so called back at lunch time and left a message with a man and nobody returned my call. I called again Wednesday evening and left a message with someone for Gem to call me back and she never did. I just phoned AGAIN to organise a viewing only to be told they weren't taking anymore appointments for viewings. So annoying as if someone had bothered to come back to me in the first place this wouldn't have happened.

She asked if I would like to be put on a list in case anything else came up but I don't think I'll bother, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for someone to phone.

Its refreshing to find an estate agent that is happy to be realistic and honest about prices based on years of local knowledge and experience gain by Micheal Lawrence. In a market where less honorable agents are happy to give clients an unrealistic valuation in a vain attempt to win over their business, only to inevitably drop the price a few months later causing a delay in the sale and in some circumstances devaluing the property as it shows they have no real clue about what they are doing. It is good to know there are people out there that still take proprerty valueing seriously. I will be promoting you and your service in the local area and hope to send some business your way.

All I can say is awful High Street 2 corporate agents like this are the arguments behind using online agents I personally would recommend never to use the corporate / high street agent like this and I never will again they lied from start to finish what dismissive arrogant rude inaccurate details disgraceful behaviour when I took him to the ombudsman they lied again I have never seen anything so dreadful as this behaviour particularly during a pandemic
I urge all of you when thinking of an agent to go online and do your own viewings even if it narrows down viewings time at least you won't be subject to the stress and lies I was and be charged for the privilege of this NEVER and of course never use estate agents solicitors( they earn so little from the deal they simply can't do a good job) either always engage your own solicitor.. I'm an experienced property developer and seller.. this agent has taught me never ever ever to use a corporate or High Street estate agent ever again what a dreadful situation they put me in they simply don't care they will lie and be aggressive from morning noon and night I urge you to take heed of what I'm saying.

We had made an offer less than the advertised rental to be paid once our house sale completed (2 days after we moved in) Very sadly for ourselves, our sale fell through and although we have tried every way possible to complete the chain (by buying our buyers house) we sadly could not make this work. We have, since we were first informed of our situation, let our letting agent know our situation) Ms Tindles reaction was that we had "deliberately mis-lead her" We both could not understand this as we had just lost our sale and why Ms Tindle would ever assume this was beyond belief. Her manor was extremely rude and not helpful at all.
I have never felt so disappointed that a so called 'professional' would be so rude and unthoughtful of a truly very stressful situation.
I really had hoped for more from such a national company as Austin and Wyatt
