Jack is a staff from Austin and wytt in Fareham branch. He left the lights on in the three rooms in my house when he was given the key and trusted all would be ok. but four days later when I went back to see the property. three rooms lights were left on! Jack is a staff from Austin and wytt in Fareham branch. He left the lights on in the three rooms in my house when he was given the key and trusted all would be ok. but four days later when I went back to see the property. three rooms lights were left on! I called him to cancel the contract but he then asked me to sign the acceptance form then can cancel the contract. he even never asked me to sign the contract till up today! but he put my property online without a contract and refuse to take it down unless he receive my signature on the contract acceptance form!! how strange and what a bully!!!

Asked agent face to face to confirm that previous buyer had not pulled out because of a bad survey. 'No' was the answer..."just a collapsed chain". 6 week later and close to exchange of contracts I manage to unearth the structural engineer's report showing the last buyer had abandoned... Why lie? Needless to say I ran a mile...
