Jodie was delightful to deal with and very responsive to my requests. When we saw that the flat had been left in a bad state of cleaning, Jodie arranged with her office to get it done. On the day before I moved in, when I said that I had not seen or signed a contract, Hannah and Daisy were quick to respond, and I know that Hannah liaised with the landlord's office to get cleaners booked in. Much appreciated.

This has been a good experience. I have used some agencies over many years and rate this as one of the best. The whole feel of the service is professional in every respect and throughout I have felt in safe hands. I am satisfied that I have had good advice all the way through and I have paid for a service in a very clear and unambiguous way, no hidden fees, just a clear menu of charges that I could select services from. Alex and Jodie are highly capable and generally nice people to do business with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I chose Jacksons because it was very important to me that I selected an agent I could have a good relationship with. Alex took time to explain the process and understand my needs far more than the other agents I met - there was none of that annoying sales patter that estate agents are so well known for! Even when we were negotiating on the rate, there was a sense of understanding what was important to me so we could reach a contract that met both needs. Jodie and Alex maintained regular contact and answered all my queries promptly throughout the process. I am really glad I chose them, especially after my very different and negative experience with a different agent that I am now renting a flat through.

I have recently re-let my property for the second time with Jacksons' Lavender Hill office. On this note as well, although belated, I would like to pay praise to Michael from the same branch for helping us secure this flat last September. He was always friendly and did not aggressively sell this flat to us, as can unfortunately be the case with many agencies. I would highly recommend Jacksons to everyone, especially if Michael takes care of you.
