Jackson is more expensive than other agents in the area. They do not provide \"find tenants only\" service, but \"collecting rent\", which is not what quite I needed. However, I went with them as I like Abbe\'s work ethic.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Agents fees are not cheap (however they are in line with other agents in the area) however we have found that they are more then capable at being proactive and able in managing the property. Which is why we chose them to manage the property.

We have rented our flat through Jacksons Wandsworth since December 2014 and have been very happy with their service. We have had one change of tenants during the time and the only complaint would be that they out the property on the market for a higher price when the market was quiet without discussing this with us, which meant we then had to lower the price in order to ensure we got a tenant quickly (as we did not want to have the property empty).
Other then this we would happily recommend Jacksons to people looking to rent out their property or looking to rent as tenants.

Jacksons were by far and away the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with in London - and I have been renting for some time now.
Generally they were incredibly slow to sort out any issues I had with the flat. The boiler took over five months to replace so I had to put up with patchy hot water.
The main issues however came when I decided to move out (mainly because they increased my rent far higher than is a usual annual rent increase). Initial they found it very difficult to let the flat (in my opinion because they were asking too much for it and also advertising it as a flat for couples which it definitely wasn't), but I always agreed to any viewings at any time with little notice to try and help them let the flat. However after almost a month of the flat being on the market and having almost daily phonecalls from four different branches from Jacksons who obviously don't communicate with each other they started blaming me for why it hadn't been let which was completely false and highly upsetting.
Generally as an estate agents I found them rude, difficult to communicate with and only interested in their bottom line rather than their tenants or landlords.
Avoid them if at all possible - there are so many better estate agents in south west London.
