Good experience with lettings team but was disappointed with sales team in selling our flat. For example, communication was poor - felt we were continually having to chase things up as emails went unanswered. We had a tricky first buyer and the sale fell through. Extremely Poor management throughout our whole tenancy. Our agent was changed about 10 or so times, and we weren't ever told about this. We hardly had any maintenance fixed, despite consistently asking for help. Poor communication, and poor management. Will never use Jacksons... Read Full Review
