Rachel at Fine & Country's Willerby office dealt with the sale of my parents' property. She was always professional and responsive to queries from me and my parents. She appreciated that it was a difficult move my elderly parents and was extremely supportive. She was instrumental in negotiations with the sale of the property and purchase of my parents' property. The sale took a long time to complete and Rachel liaised with all members of the chain when there were issues. When Rachel was unavailable, other members of the team were efficient in making sure that there was continuity.

When things went a bit wrong at the last minute she worked hard to try and get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible with the sellers. Thank you Nicky for all of your help ?
Georgie was absolutely lovely too. When my husband initially rang up Georgie answered the phone and my husband found her really personable. When we went to view the house a second time after our offer was accepted she didn't rush us. She knew a lot of information about the house and was so genuine. We asked if we could keep a couple of things on the Saturday viewing and she confirmed it all on the Monday with the sellers. Thank you Georgie!

Whilst i didn't not list my own property with Fina and Country, they acted as agents the property we purchased and could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble them, and always came back with a solution to any of the issues that raised its head along the way, we have now exchanged and there assistant has made everything run extremely smoothly, Rachal and Alice have been superstars throughout

This is a great estate agents with really good properties, but best of all is their agent Georgie Kool. She’s punctual. She turns emails around really quickly she says she’s going to look into a problem or do something she does and she doesn’t get it done as quickly as she would like to she messages you to say Emma still working on it I haven’t forgotten it. She’s a five star Estate Agent.

I was really pleased that I chose Fine & Country for the sale of my late parents' property. I got great service from beginning to completion.
