Nicky has been amazing throughput our house purchasing process. Nothing was too much trouble. When we were waiting on the sellers solicitors to resolve a query, she was reassuring and we managed to get to the bottom of the issue on the phone. She has a lot of experience and a wealth of knowledge.
When things went a bit wrong at the last minute she worked hard to try and get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible with the sellers. Thank you Nicky for all of your help ?
Georgie was absolutely lovely too. When my husband initially rang up Georgie answered the phone and my husband found her really personable. When we went to view the house a second time after our offer was accepted she didn't rush us. She knew a lot of information about the house and was so genuine. We asked if we could keep a couple of things on the Saturday viewing and she confirmed it all on the Monday with the sellers. Thank you Georgie!

I was very impressed with the level of service provided by Fine & Country. Georgie has been an excellent point of contact throughout the process, doing a fantastic job in marketing and selling the property. She is consistently polite, considerate, and punctual, and handled prospective buyers with professionalism and efficiency during both viewings and followups.
Any queries I had were answered promptly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I genuinely felt that Georgie went above and beyond to ensure the sale progressed smoothly.
I would not hesitate to recommend Fine & Country as an estate agent. Georgie and Penny also reflect the high standards and professionalism I would expect, and are excellent representatives of the company.

Rachel at Fine & Country's Willerby office dealt with the sale of my parents' property. She was always professional and responsive to queries from me and my parents. She appreciated that it was a difficult move my elderly parents and was extremely supportive. She was instrumental in negotiations with the sale of the property and purchase of my parents' property. The sale took a long time to complete and Rachel liaised with all members of the chain when there were issues. When Rachel was unavailable, other members of the team were efficient in making sure that there was continuity.
