Outstanding. Chris could not have made the experience of buying a house any better.
The communication throughout the whole process was incredible. Chris offered advice when ever it was needed, made himself available at all times of the day (often very late at night - sorry Chris!) and followed up on questions with lightening speed. We were nervous buyers due to our circumstances of returning to the UK recently and needing a home quickly. Chris kept us informed and even reached out simply to let us know if there wasn’t an update. This made a huge difference and kept us confident and reassured.
Chris' genuine care made us feel part of the local community before we even arrived. And our children look forward to seeing him like a family friend. We sincerely feel very very fortunate that Chris happened to be the agent for our house purchase. Thank you Chris!

We completed the purchase of our home in the Banbury area a couple of weeks ago. Terry was the vendor’s agent and became our go-to resource for guidance and updates through the process. What we appreciated most was during the offer process, Terry was fair and honest. Once our offer was in and accepted, we knew that there wouldn’t be uncertainty or new offers that could disrupt the purchase. Furthermore, we found that Fine & Country’s home listing information was very clear, accurate, and well-published, and Terry & Chris were both super helpful even after completion! We will definitely use Fine & Country whenever we sell our home (which we hope won’t be for a long time!).

We have just completed on our sale and wanted to share our experience with F&C. Right from the start, Terry was keen to get us the best photos and price for our sale and made everything really easy. Despite a number of hiccups along the way, Chris and Terry have been fantastic and advised us all the way. We have been dealing with another estate agent in Devon for our purchase and I realised quickly the difference between F&C and other events- passion to get the job done! Makes such a huge difference to have agents that want to get things moving and that are proactive in updating you and the purchasers. I honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about Chris, he has been instrumental in keeping the sale going and even contacted us after the sale was completed to see how the purchase was going. I have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone and for anyone doubting if they are worth the extra commission, remember that you get what you pay for. They will go the extra mile to get you the commission back on the purchase price I’m our experience, plus the whole experience will be far less stressful. The quality of service, support and ultimately the fact they exceeded our expectation and achieved a higher than advertised price was amazing.

Spot on service throughout. Slightly higher fee completely justified by staff going the extra mile and the quality of photos and brochure. Kept informed throughout the process.
