The first ever Beresfords branch opened its doors for business in Upminster in 1968. Since then, although the Company has grown considerably, it has never lost sight of its roots and still takes great pride in offering a very personal and professional service to each and every one of its customers.
Many of t
he sales and lettings teams have been working locally for a number of years and some live in the area themselves.
Operating from a large “high profile”, prime sited premises in Station Road, the branch operates with state-of-the-art technology and promotes properties across numerous media outlets, including on a large video wall within the branch itself which is clearly visible to the extensive pedestrian footfall that passes by every day.

What started as a simple, small chain, became a long, drawn out process due to circumstances beyond our control. However, the team at Beresfords were incredible and got us over the line just in time. Despite the number of times we either contacted them by telephone or visited them in their office, they were all friendly, professional and helpful. We would have never completed and bought our house without their help and we are incredibly grateful and thankful to them.

I have had a wonderful experience with Beresfords and would unequivocally recommend them. Wow, what a very proactive friendly team, headed by the very knowledgeable Charlotte Micallef and assisted by Rachael Hurworth.
It has not even being a week since Rachael first viewed us the property which we have now bought STC.
In that time, Rachael via David Marsello, has arranged confirmation of the additional funds we required to secure the property whilst we are sell our house.
The professional photo's and video Charlotte arranged to sell our house are fantastic. They really make our house stand out from the rest of the market.
Also, prior to our house being advertised, Charlotte, Rachael and Rebecca Flint, also arranged 5no. premarket viewings, of which the last 2no are viewing tonight.
Our house when live today and since then, further viewing appointments are being arranged, such so that we are confident that our house will be sold very shortly.
Charlotte, Rachael and Rebecca have given us their full attention, making us feel very special and have achieved great results us.
We would like the thank them all the hard work, which has resulted us in securing our "forever home", and hopefully very soon the sale of our current home.

I cannot thank you both enough all the support , patience and professionalism you both showed us towards one of the most difficult decisions of our lives. You were not simple estate agents you were very kind souls that professionally with your experience helped us more than you know.
A very special thank you to Rachael thank you so much always calming me down and settling me, helping me find properties and also understand the process as well. Really appreciate it. I have said this before but you are simply awesome.
Charlotte your honesty , your personality and your experience is what we liked but you are so good at what you do. I met with many agents before putting mine into the market none carried the professionalism , care you had. If you have a conversation with me you find the problem I have and more importantly you find a solution. You don’t try to run away from issues you face them and you faced many on behalf of us. That proves how good you are.
I have never been in a situation where I have been pulled in many directions at the same time and without you two getting over it would have not been possible
There is yet a long way to go but I have full faith in David to steer the ship in the rest of our journey and to our final destination
