Eleanor and James at the Braintree branch are just so professional, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and go above and beyond to help you sell or buy your new property. We dealt mainly with Eleanor and then James on her days off, she kept us updated throughout the whole process of our sale, she was responding to emails and telephone calls even outside of hours and on her days off, it wasn’t unusual for Eleanor to give us with an update at 7 o’clock at night. Every time we called the branch for an update the phone was answered instantly, if not they returned the call within no time at all. Towards the end of the sale Eleanor kept us updated on a daily basis without us having to prompt her, we also received updates from James her branch manager and when James wasn’t there we got updates from Carl Gable, Sales Director. I don’t know many other places where you would get this level of service from. We would not hesitate to recommend Beresfords as an estate agents they score a solid 10/10 from us.
