Beresfords are one of the largest Independent estate agents in the South East and have been successfully operating in Essex and parts of Greater London since 1968. In 1989 Beresfords acquired Robinsons in Billericay which had been operating locally since 1976. Now located within a modern branch in a prominent High Street location the sales and lettings teams are both recognised as market leaders within the town.
The Managers of each department are experienced within the property industry. They both live locally and have been working in the area for many years.

Had a heating issue report by the tenant, I got my engineer to attend who advised the thermostat had been submerged in water and the tenant denied all knowledge . I have used a couple of other estate agents in Billericay and neither of them came anywhere near the service I received from your team.
I do not want to name one team member as outstanding because everyone I delete with was/is 10/10
I would/and have recommend(ed) using your Billericay Branch for any future purchase.

Over the past 8-9 months, Paul, along with Alice and Lynn from the team, have been incredibly supportive and helpful, making the entire rental process seamless and efficient. The team handled everything—from creating the marketing materials and promoting the property to pre-screening potential tenants and organising an open day. They helped me shortlist candidates and conducted thorough background and reference checks, giving me peace of mind. We purchased and sold houses concurrently through Jess Roche, Manager of Beresfords, Billericay.
Jess is the first estate agent that we have ever encountered - over decades of property transactions - to have filled us with confidence, trust and total professional and personal respect in the way that she conducts herself.
In spite of a highly complex, convoluted and, at times, controversial, strained and challenging property chain involving 4 or 5 links, she warned at the outset to 'strap ourselves in' and prepare for a bumpy ride, but assured us that she would get us the house we wanted.
Six months down the track, and having at times lost all hope, she delivered the goods and achieved what had frequently seemed to be the impossible.
Her communication, interpersonal skills and, not least, diplomacy in the most difficult of circumstances are exceptional. Over the long drawn out 6 months of this property chain, she was at times the equivalent of the UN!
She always maintains composure, including through her bone-dry sense of humour, in the face of adversity and this helped to get us all through it.
It is inconceivable that any other estate agent, either in Billericay or elsewhere, would have the tenacity, drive and determination to see such a difficult property chain through to its conclusion, against all the odds.
We are sure that Jess will not be the Manager of Beresfords, Billericay, for long as she is highly likely to move onwards and upwards, probably to be running Beresfords itself and beyond...
We are very grateful to her and cannot recommend her highly enough.
