Chris made sure we had all the information we needed upfront when viewing our now property and advocated our position over some other potential buyers to ensure we got the house and were a right fit with the sellers need. Chris was instrumental in facilitating my move, and really took control at the latter stages in negotiations up and down the chain. We were recommended Beresfords by another local estate agent that we had previously dealt with.
Our appointed agent, Maria Keen was absolutely superb throughout the process, communication was excellent, the service could not have been more professional and overall we could not fault the service we received.
Even the buyer commented on how great they found dealing with Beresfords and particularly with Maria.
If you're looking for an independent agent with real local knowledge and outstanding customer service, Beresfords Colchester come highly recommended.
