A great service from Northwood. Robert was very professional and punctual and seemed to have a very good knowledge of the local area. What really stood out was how much he genuinely lobbied on my behalf to secure a fair and balanced deal. It’s the first time I’ve felt so well looked after in the rental process — like someone was truly in my corner, not just facilitating a transaction.
Arjan was thoughtful, responsive, and consistently professional, and I’m really grateful the care he brought to the experience. Highly recommend working with him.
