After being with another agency which was sold to Northwood, our initial thoughts were to go elsewhere and start a fresh as we were not happy with the previous agents, however working with Robert who was patient and in constant communication with us we are happy to have stayed with Northwood and ... We approached Northwood in relation to the sale of our property. From the outset, since first speaking with them, we were impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and natural manner. Rob, the Sales and Lettings manager was warm, friendly and reassuring at all times. He communicated promptly with us to alter out initial appointment to slightly later than scheduled: due to an unforseen and urgent matter elsewhere. Rob provided us with a good deal of essential and useful information and we were reassured with his offer of support throughout the sales process. No hesitation in recommending Northwood.
