Northwood Dulwich treated me terribly when I left the property that I had loyally rented more 19 months. They tried to claim £585 from my deposit without negotiation so called professional cleaning and redecoration of the lounge. It’s companies like this that tarnish the reputation of honest, trustworthy property management companies. I would not recommend using this company at any cost.

I would like to personally thank Julie making renting so easy. This is my first rental experience and from day 1 it has been excellent. Julie called to introduce herself and her role, which was not expected on my part, and from the very start I knew I was in very safe hands. Julie, to her word, has provided outstanding service. She is punctual, reliable and gets everything sorted when there are issues in the rental property.
