Just a few lines following our recent move. Hayley represented James Sellicks during our onward purchase & I have to say this was one of the best estate egent experiences I have had (I've moved quite a few times......) We were kept regularly informed & updated during what was a tight timescale, & everything she said she'd do she did, when she said she would do it. Our own estate agents unfortunately did not live up to the amazing service were were promised..... I couldn't recommend James Sellicks highly enough & it was in no small part down to the politie & extremely professional service Hayley delivered. Thank you again, Hayley you are a credit to James Sellicks.

Comments on Agent Fees
The agent fees were high vs the effort involved (vs solicitor fees and effort) as we sold within 10 days and there were no accompanied visits. But equally it could have fallen through and caused a lot more work, so an element of luck there, plus their fees were lower than most other quotes

Rita as JS's Market Harborough office is a one woman army. She helped us sell our property in less than a month, and managed the whole process from start to finish with incomparable efficiency and very high standards of client care, She gave us exactly the right advice as to how to best market our property, handled the offering process with her characteristic efficiency and then proactively managed the solicitors on both sides to get the deal closed as quickly and as, painlessely as possible, and she still found the time to always call us and update us of all transaction milestones even when our solicitors would forget to. My only regret is that Rita cannot duplicate herself and act as a mortgage broker! We could do with one with her efficiency, expertise and client skills. Thank you!
