Comments on Agent Fees
The agent fees were high vs the effort involved (vs solicitor fees and effort) as we sold within 10 days and there were no accompanied visits. But equally it could have fallen through and caused a lot more work, so an element of luck there, plus their fees were lower than most other quotes

We were kept regularly informed & updated during what was a tight timescale, & everything she said she'd do she did, when she said she would do it. Our own estate agents unfortunately did not live up to the amazing service were were promised..... I couldn't recommend James Sellicks highly enough & it was in no small part down to the politie & extremely professional service Hayley delivered.

We chose James Sellicks Market Harborough to sell our property in Great Glen and couldn't have asked for a better service from them. We dealt mainly with Hayley throughout the process and found her to be an absolute powerhouse.
Her communication was non stop, keeping us up to date with every stage of the process. Chasing us and the others for paperwork wherever and whenever it was required.
She was fantastic at badgering the solicitors, who really need someone like Hayley to keep them on target, checking in with us at all times.
Anything we needed she responded immediately by email or call and if she had to find out more info for us, she did just as she promised and sorted things straight away.
James Sellicks as a whole are a reputable estate agent, with many houses in their portfolio, but Hayley made us feel like we
were her only client.
A great team at Sellicks, big estate agent quality with small estate agent personal touch!
