Richard James Old Town branch were recommended to me and although a little more expensive than others are well worth it. (you get what you pay ).
Everyone keeps you informed every step of the way with viewings till sold.
Julia with great communication between myself and the buyers definitely helped speed thing up.
They give you contacts you may choose to use along the way with moving companies and solicitors etc of which very good and efficient.
I all made this what is said to be the most stressful time in your life alot easier and not so stressful. Thank you to all. Worth your weight in gold.

Julia Barrow at Richard James was invaluable during my house sale and onward purchase. With weekly ( and on occasion more frequent) updates on how chain was progressing and pushing things along nicely. The chain was fraught with challenges but Julia offered her expertise and together got my sale over the line at the agreed date. Julia is down to earth and easy to chat with. I honestly do not think we would have met the deadline on my sale Julia wasn’t chasing everyday towards the end. Thanks to Julia one hurdle is overcome. Now we have the onward purchase to overcome, but trust Julia will to support us and our vendor to get this one over the line too.
