All the staff at Richard James in West Swindon were really helpful in selling our rental property. From beginning to end the service from Richard James was superb. Good advice on marketing from Alex, a very professional viewing with Paul and then a second viewing to clinch the deal. Paul went above and beyond, taking time out of his non working weekend to do the viewing and make sure that everything went smoothly.
We had tried two other agents with this house and failed to sell it. Richard James had 2 good offers from clients able to proceed on the table in less than 2 weeks. We would highly recommend them.
