One I had an offer accepted they were quick to act on this. I was then passed through to Julia Barrow who went above and beyond to help me out. She gave me help and direction where my own estate agent couldn't, she was consistent and regular with updates. As I am not from the area she gave me help and guidance on local firms to consider to help with the purchase of this property.

As I am not from the area she gave me help and guidance on local firms to consider to help with the purchase of this property.
If I were to make another purchase or sale this estate agent would be my first choice and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Many thanks to Alex Hudson and the rest of the team. After I'd experienced two previous failed attempts to sell my house - one with another agency and another privately - I was losing confidence in the whole process, but right from the start, Alex, Jasmin Smith, Georgia Wyatt, Julia Barrows, Megan Leigh and Cathy Brackley (sorry if I've left anyone out) were positive and proactive and in no time at all I had a buyer! I've been very impressed throughout with the team's dedication, professionalism, communications and customer service and so, yes, I'm more than happy to recommend!

We had two properties to sell and then to find and purchase another, so during all this we dealt with a few estate agents and Richard James were by far the best to deal with and the way they operate. Alex listened to what we required and always returned my calls if unable to answer my call. Although we pulled out all the stops to make our property immaculate Alex made sure he got us a great price on our open day so we were rewarded for all the hard work we had put into making our property faultless. Thanks Richard James, we will be using you again when we move again.
