I was lucky to have Lesley as agent when recently selling my house. She patiently explained the process throughout, translating jargon and giving me options. I know she was equally patient and kind with the buyer, as she was often in touch on his behalf, going the extra mile. Lesley was always at the end of the phone/email to answer queries and worries, and put me at ease. It was a stressful time but the best it could be due to Lesley's diligence and persistence with my solicitors and attentiveness towards me.

I was also lucky to have Julie supporting the move. From day one she was cheerful and spent as much time with me as needed, as I had a lot of questions at the start. She helped me complete forms and advised me on the process.
