Whilst we had our property on the market we were in the process of looking for our onward purchase and this was when we met Lacie. We had a mortgage decision in principle from 2 leading high-street banks. Both banks gave an agreement in principle for a mortgage with a higher purchase price which was incorrect. After meeting with Luke it became evident that due to our residency status, our purchase price needed to be reduced by 40% to meet the deposit requirements and got the correct mortgage in principle from a different bank. Luckily we had not placed an offer and reset our search. Despite our residency status Luke got the mortgage offer for the property within a few days of our accepted offer. The conveyancing took about 4-5 months to complete but Luke was very patient and helped us through the process until completion. Thanks to Luke we are now moving into our new home. I would recommend Luke as he was extremely thorough, and very quick in his responses and for getting the right mortgage product for our requirement. He earned our trust very quickly after the first meeting, as we were very nervous first-time buyers, and guided us on the end-to-end process.

Excellent and personalised service from Luke for a mortgage. I saw him for advice initially, then came back when I was ready to proceed. Having more than one income I was expecting complications but Luke organised this information clearly. I was given options suitable and we discussed them fully so I could make a choice. Complaints Procedure
IN-HOUSE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes
wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We have eight weeks to
consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may refer your complaint to The Property
Ombudsman.
What will happen next?
? We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of you complaint within three working days of receiving
it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
? We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will
review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our
investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
? If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate
review to take place by a senior member of staff.
? We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final
viewpoint on the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:
