Top class service from start to finish. Managed the whole process, professionally, efficiently and also with great care and attention. I am a property dealer of over 40 years and sn ex estate agency proprietor.
I’ve Just had the worst luck ever selling an empty house solicitors went into administration then chain fell through on day of exchange.However
Natalie took things over saying “ just contact me” and reset up a complex sale where we all had to compromise and was excellent in those negotiations. (My original buyer bought.)
She has given me constant feedback and did a great job of getting it through even phoning on her day off from swimming with the children to tell me it was sold.
Her determination and experience got my sale through in a difficult market.
A massive thanks and recommendation of Natalie she really early her commission and is an asset to Bernard’s Also a big thanks to Martin too who also worked very hard and Chris,Lacie Tom Lee and luke.

Bernards in Drayton are marketing our house and we were under offer after the first day of viewings. Very happy with the service provided so far by Bernards (just waiting to complete now). They get to know their clients, work hard for you and are there to answer any questions you have.
