We initially had our property listed with another local estate agent who promised the world, but failed to even get us many viewings. Whilst we had our property on the market we were in the process of looking for our onward purchase and this was when we met Lacie. From our very first interaction with Lacie, we knew immediately that we wanted Lacie and Bernards to sell our property. Lacie has been nothing short of fantastic! She really listened to our needs and put them first, she has been great with our whole family and now feels like she's part of it! She has made the whole process seamless and fun.

I would like to thank the team at Bernards for helping me to secure my first ever home. Special thanks to Lacie, Diamie, and Luke.
A particular mention to Lacie Bray, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Right from viewing the property for the first time her knowledge and expertise made the purchase feel all the more right. Due to the nature of my work I unfortunately experienced difficulty with obtaining a mortgage offer, but Lacie was more than understanding and persisted with mortgage brokers and solicitors to get the deal across the line. I cannot thank her enough for all she did to help me. Without her I would probably not be moving into my property as we speak! I will most definitely be recommending any friends and/ or family to talk to Lacie for a property in the future.
Diamie was brilliant in the final stages of exchanging the contracts and ensuring the property was up to standard before picking up the keys. Super contactable and very reliable, thank you for everything.
