We purchased our new Home through Fine & Country Solihull. John Ray helped us and supported us all the way through the purchase process to completion. We had our final viewing of the House on a Saturday due to work commitments. John facilitated the viewing and the necessary purchase agreement with the vendors through that weekend. He was quick getting back to us and took any stress out of the whole purchasing process. John was always fully supportive, responsive, and helpful to all of our questions and needs. He offered fantastic advice often in the evening due to work commitments on our side. John's flexibility, willingness to help and support, and responsiveness was first class.
