During the time we have known Martin and Rachel throughout the sale of our property, we have found them to be highly professional and incredibly supportive during the selling process. Additionally they have kept us bouyed when there has been challenges such as our property chain breaking down, quickly getting us a new sale, whilst maintaining a positive and reassuring attitude. We have also valued the expert advice and support provided during the conveyancing period, which has always been delivered with a keen sense of humour and a sense that nothing is ever too much for them. We would highly recommend their services and commited approach to customer care to family and friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have moved house many times and for the first time ever can give a full and complimentary review to Martin and Rachel. They have been truly superb from start to finish and whilst they are not the cheapest they are the very best and without doubt give full value for money as well as excellent service. Here is a brief list of a few of their outstanding achievements and qualities.
Outstanding communication and customer care skills - always available and kept me in the loop.
Magnificent marketing and support - easily the best in the business, made my house look it's very best !!
Valued the house at least £50k higher than other 2 agents and then achieved £20k more than that on the first weekend for sale. !!
They know the local market very well and understand both buyer and seller needs.
Absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough, the whole experience has been hassle free and great communication. I advertised, sold and moved in less than 8 weeks in total !!

Martin secured a higher asking price, which covered his additional fee, in the very difficult period in 2022 when interest rates began to rapidly rise. We went from under offer to completion in 3 months, I am confident that this would not been the outcome without Martin's efforts.

From the first visit to value the house, Martin and Rachel were available at all times, even conducting a viewing on a Sunday afternoon with only an hour's notice. They were keen to address any potential issues that might arise and deal with them in a pragmatic way.
Martin and Rachel gave us every confidence that the selling process, overseen by themselves, would not be the stressful experience we had previously endured and I'm delighted to say they were right!

We have been very happy with the service provided by Martin and Rachel and would highly recommend them to other prospective sellers. Apart from being professional and presenting a credible selling plan, what particularly appealed to us was their genuine interest in understanding the specifics of our property/circumstances.
They did a great job with the marketing material and the open house. Multiple offers were secured and their advice/guidance was invaluable in securing the final sale with the chosen buyer. They were always available (literally any time of the day) to address any queries and to drive the process forward through the various stages of the process.
Whilst the fees may be at the upper end, there is no doubt that that you get what you pay for. We got exceptional service from two very professional and genuine individuals, and a sale at a good price in very reasonable timescales.
Thank you Martin/Rachel for a great job.

We secured a buyer very quickly in a tricky market and regular contact regarding the sales process, at one-time in the process there maybe tricky "legal" issue from 15 years ago - Martin and Rachel provided reassuring support and positive outlook.

We bought our house through Fine and Country and dealt exclusively with Rob and Martin. Initially the house purchase was fairly straightforward, but developed alarming and complicated issues that if not sorted could have jeopardised the purchase. Fortunately in both Rob and Martin all issues were dealt with promptly, effectively and in a way that always relaxed us. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, hard work and understanding in what were occasionally trying times! I have no hesitation in firmly recommending Rob and Martin for any sale or purchases in the future.

The expertise and professionalism of Martin , Rachel and Laurence was exceptional.
The fees are higher than other agents but they achieved the full asking price on my property and they only brought serious potential buyers to view.
I left it completely in their capable hands, they all worked closely together as a team and they were always contactable.
A refreshing change from my previous experiences with local estate agents.
The old adage 'you get what you pay for'
has never been more apt in my case.
