We were promised by Lucy that all works on our rental property were done. Turned up on my move in date to find nothing had been done and the place was absolutely filthy. Obviously we haven’t moved in and have had to incur numerous costs such as storeage and hotels as we have our own tenants moving in to our flat. Lucy does not answer her phone or reply to emails. Thinking about starting legal action soon !
