The team at Sterling did a great job selling our property and guiding us through the entire process. John Taylor was our main contact and I simply can’t speak highly enough of him. We met some pretty unimpressive characters during our interactions with various estate agents over the last 12 months, but John was in a different league. Super knowledgeable and experienced but just as important - a calming voice on the phone when needed and always gave me an honest and informed opinion. He was genuinely engaged with us and we always felt that our property was as much a priority for him as it was to us. At the same time he worked hard to find us a new property that matched our brief. Communication was great I felt informed at every step and in a long chain John made it his daily mission to find out exactly what was happening at the bottom and at the top. He always took my calls and responded to emails promptly. Everyone I met at Sterling seemed really nice and even when I mistakingly called the wrong branch (often) the guys were super personable and helpful getting me through to John or Ben. Sterling will be our first port of call in the future without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Choosing a house and a home is never an easy decision, especially when you are unfamiliar with the area but Jason gave us a brilliant insight into what life is like in the area of the property and we are really thankful for that.

From the first day being showed the property by the amazing Rosie, we've had amazing support from Amy, Phil, Rosie and Ben.
They were a constant support throughout the whole process, always at the end of the phone to keep pushing the relevant parties to get the sale over the line or just listen to any enquiries we had.
They were so sympathetic to time constraints and worked so hard to get any issues sorted quickly.
We wanted to view the property for a second time and they were so quick to arrange a time that suited us.
We can't thank this amazing team enough for the help and care they've showed us along the way, and would not hesitate to use this amazing team again in the future!

To anyone looking to sell their house, I can't recommend Sterling Homes highly enough. Meka in the Berkamsted office is a superstar and great fun to boot. We bought a new build in Potten End from Meka and the team at Sterling (big thanks also to Tim and Susan for all their help) and their service and attention to detail is first rate. Meka is always available to chat, responds to emails quickly and provides a first rate service along with her colleagues. They are always happy to meet us on a Saturday to show us around new house to see how the build is progressing, nothing is too much trouble. If you live in the Berkhamsted, Tring, Hemel Hempstead or the Kings Langley area, don't look any further than Sterling Homes, you won't regret it.
