I bought my property through Sterling Estate Agents a few years ago. I made the decision to rent out my property and I didn't hesitate to contact S.E.A to help me through this process. They were friendly, professional and offered good advice. It didnt take long before my property was rented out. All contact I have had with S.E.A since then has been helpful and informative. I would rate their Customer Service Skills very highly.

I came to Sterling Estate Agents after a bad experience with another agency, which had failed to support me when the tenants they had supplied had become increasingly difficult to manage. The situation had become worse, when after being given notice they refused to leave until notice from the council had been given.
After a very informative phone conversation with Jason OConnell, we arranged a visit at the flat. Jason was professional and accommodating at all times and clearly knew what he was talking about. I had not conveyed my issues with the tenants to him, but Jason immediately recognized the issues I was having and gave me some very helpful advice on how to go forward after I had ownership again. We agreed that as soon as I had full possession of the property I would then get back in contact with Sterling estates. It took 3 months to remove the tenants. When I contacted Jason by phone he instantly recalled the details and made the process of getting the property back on the market as easy as possible.
Also extremely helpful during this time was Rachael Stocker who regularly kept me updated on any progress.
After an extremely stressful year, Sterling Estate Agents have helped me finally be able to move on and begin moving forward with my life.
I highly recommend them to any in need of estate agents who are trustworthy and reliable.

Rachael has been amazingly supportive throughout the time I was a tenant with Sterling Estates. Being my first tenancy, I was extremely naive to the do's and dont's of renting but she always sorted out any problems promptly and efficiently and has been helpful throughout.

The moment Buckland Wharf became available, I contacted Sterling immediately. Within less than 24 hours I had received a call from Jason O'Connell, asking me a bit more about the reason for my enquiry, current position and time expectations etc. That same evening we had a viewing arranged, despite Jason's working day being over. My other half and I fell in love with the apartment straight away and knew it was just what we wanted so we notified Sterling and they got the wheels in motion straight away for us. Rachael Stocker was most prompt in getting all relevant paper work over to us and advising us of the process which met the expectations we'd been set entirely. Both Jason and Rachael have been most efficient, informative, assertive and helpful throughout the process and we are very much looking forward to moving in next Friday, 1st September, which was our desired date. They've been an absolute delight to work with and would high;y recommend them both. Thank you!
