I came to Sterling Estate Agents after a bad experience with another agency, which had failed to support me when the tenants they had supplied had become increasingly difficult to manage. The situation had become worse, when after being given notice they refused to leave until notice from the council had been given. After a very informative phone conversation with Jason OConnell, we arranged a visit at the flat. Jason was professional and accommodating at all times and clearly knew what he was talking about. I had not conveyed my issues with the tenants to him, but Jason immediately recognized the issues I was having and gave me some very helpful advice on how to go forward after I had ownership again. We agreed that as soon as I had full possession of the property I would then get back in contact with Sterling estates. It took 3 months to remove the tenants. When I contacted Jason by phone he instantly recalled the details and made the process of getting the property back on the market as easy as possible. Also extremely helpful during this time was Rachael Stocker who regularly kept me updated on any progress. After an extremely stressful year, Sterling Estate Agents have helped me finally be able to move on and begin moving forward with my life. I highly recommend them to any in need of estate agents who are trustworthy and reliable.

Choosing a house and a home is never an easy decision, especially when you are unfamiliar with the area but Jason gave us a brilliant insight into what life is like in the area of the property and we are really thankful for that.

They were a constant support throughout the whole process, always at the end of the phone to keep pushing the relevant parties to get the sale over the line or just listen to any enquiries we had.
They were so sympathetic to time constraints and worked so hard to get any issues sorted quickly.
We wanted to view the property for a second time and they were so quick to arrange a time that suited us.
We can't thank this amazing team enough for the help and care they've showed us along the way, and would not hesitate to use this amazing team again in the future!

To anyone looking to sell their house, I can't recommend Sterling Homes highly enough. Meka in the Berkamsted office is a superstar and great fun to boot. We bought a new build in Potten End from Meka and the team at Sterling (big thanks also to Tim and Susan for all their help) and their service and attention to detail is first rate. Meka is always available to chat, responds to emails quickly and provides a first rate service along with her colleagues. They are always happy to meet us on a Saturday to show us around new house to see how the build is progressing, nothing is too much trouble. If you live in the Berkhamsted, Tring, Hemel Hempstead or the Kings Langley area, don't look any further than Sterling Homes, you won't regret it.
