Internet Coverage
The presentation and marketing of your property is fundamental to a successful sale and will be spearheaded by the Sterling website, www.sterlinghomes.co.uk, rightmove.co.uk, primelocation.co.uk, these are by far the most popular property websites in the UK.
Your property will appear on our website with several colour photographs, a floor plan along with a location map of where the property is situated. In addition, our in-house department will design and produce full colour property particulars, with several colour photographs, a floor plan, location street map and notes on the area. This will be mailed out to all relevant buyers. In addition we will telephone/text/e-mail applicants that match your property criteria to direct them immediately to your property on our website or to contact us.

We ensure that a member of the Sterling team accompany all viewings. Our staff are fully trained and examined to high standards set by the National Association of Estate Agents. Sterling only employ the very best negotiators and constantly improve our staff with in-house and external training.

From day one, Sterling told me they’d get the house sold and I really believed them. Meka and the team worked tirelessly to get viewings booked in and our house was sold after two weekends at the price we were promised. I felt Meka wanted to sell it as much as I did - she really does go in to battle on your behalf. It’s sometimes difficult to know an estate agent has your best interests at heart but in the moments I doubted it (because of my past experiences) Meka is the sort of person you can have a very honest and frank conversation with. She will absolutely get the best outcome you you work with her in the right way. There was something that went wrong with our purchase that she had nothing to do with but she took the time to give me a pep talk and made me feel a lot better about the situation. She really knows how to hustle and works so hard - I highly recommend.

I contacted Meka at Sterling Estate Agents in regard to selling my house in Apsley. Meka was always so helpful and supportive through a difficult time.
