An outstanding service from Whittaker and Biggs including house clearance and auction of contents. No one else can provide such an all inclusive service. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I can't recommend them enough!

Victoria McDarmaid at the Congleton office was absolutely fantastic when I was buying my first home. She always kept me updated and was really proactive at liaising between myself, the vendor and our solicitors. Would most definitely go back to her when I am looking to buy / sell in the future.... Very poor service and customer experience. The photos taken were extremely bad, I even had to send my own in which weren't good at all, but were far better than the ones they had taken. I think that attitude speaks a lot and unfortunately for Whittaker and Biggs the attitude from the Congleton store was disappointing. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
