People always mention the negative. I have moved around a lot and I have experienced many estate agents around the north and midlands. Even as far as wales to some extent and to tell the truth. All estate agents are all the same really… they are all a disappointment. I mean what I’m saying is compared and comparison to what you know is how you form a review right? Whittaker and Biggs in Staffordshire I think it’s the leek branch. They actually care. They try their best and the customer service from them as estate agents go has been really positive. Always keeping us in the loop with the progress of any information we needed. They are the best attentive polite and they act like human beings. Which is rare in 2023 going to 24 now. Also thank you for making my wife and I feel comfortable enough to ask for what we want and to ask questions and for giving us a less stressful experience. We ended up moving to a different area and I am terrible with names but it was with my wife Shaunagh and we viewed so many properties until we found our home. In case you remember us.

Disappointed in the service I received from this agent. Whoever showed me around couldn't be bothered. Knew nothing about the property, couldn't be bothered to answer questions, just propped himself up against a wall. If you are a buyer, I'd advise to go elsewhere where you are... Read Full Review

We had a number of agents value our property - other agents were fine but Whittaker & Biggs stood out. Marcus Kirkham visited and valued the property. He wasn't over the top but was confident that his valuation was on the money and indeed he was correct. They arranged for professional photos to be taken - they looked great and the photographer was very professional but friendly. A sale was agreed quickly on our house which meant we were in a strong negotiating position on the house we've purchased. Marcus kept in touch regularly and was a pleasure to deal with. Whittaker & Biggs are a well established firm and have great high street presence but also marketed the property in the modern online way of today. I'm very happy and would highly recommend Whittaker & Biggs

We went in to the Leek branch to look at properties to rent and the two agents were useless. Upon entering they were gossiping between each other and did not help us at all. After viewing two properties on the same day, the gentleman who showed us around was very helpful and did a good job. However the properties themselves were falsely advertised with mould, dirt, faulty wiring and damp/dangerous wiring.
