Consistently bad service. Poorly trained unhelpful staff. Sky high fees. The sort of operation that gives the market a bad name. Overall would definitely not recommend.

Oct 13, 2017Not sure who "Tanner" is and I can say that all three staff have worked here for 6 years each and are on first name terms with all our landlords and tenants. Our fees are probably the most competitive in Tamworth and all previous reviews have highlighted good service. I wonder if you have perhaps got the wrong agent?

The fees are extremely good and are in fact the cheapest in the Town. They say you get what you pay for, but you don't necessarily have to pay the highest to get the best.

Northwood, Tamworth are absolutely fantastic. ALL of the team are welcoming, warm and totally approachable. Moving home can be a scary experience especially when you involve children. You won't find anything scary about 'The A Team' at Tamworth. They listen to you, they talk through EVERYTHING with you:- fees, availability, suitability, monthly rent and bills, what is going to be best for you and your family, including pets. When every other Letting Agent in the Tamworth area had closed their doors on us, they found us accommodation and helped us to move again and are in the process of helping us with our third move. It is their personalities and professionalism that make us go back to them every time. In our opinion, they are the best, better than ALL the rest.

As a landlord I'd always like lower fees but I feel what I pay is fair for the level of service and what might happen if I have a problem, as I know Andy and Antoinette would sort things with no issues. Gives peace of mind.

Andy is friendly and trustworthy and we know that he cares about the tenant as well as the landlord. The service we receive is 5 star and we highly recommend Northwood Tamworth if you have a property to let – there is no one better.

They were honest and open with me which is what i asked them for. There was no messing around, no false promises. Smooth and easy. We could not have asked for anything more. 100% definitely recommend especially when it comes to larger more well known companies in Tamworth who i will in future stay away from.
