The fees are extremely good and are in fact the cheapest in the Town. They say you get what you pay for, but you don't necessarily have to pay the highest to get the best.

As a landlord I'd always like lower fees but I feel what I pay is fair for the level of service and what might happen if I have a problem, as I know Andy and Antoinette would sort things with no issues. Gives peace of mind.
