I am currently in the final stages of renting a property through Jacksons (Tooting) and could not fault their work or approach throughout the process to date. After contacting many agents in my search, it was Jacksons and in particular our letting consultant, Natalia, who stood out and filled me with confidence that she could assist to source the right property to fit our requirements. Natalia has been efficient and prompt from the beginning of the process and has been upfront and honest with us at every stage. She has been very supportive and understanding, with her welcome guidance being a great help. I feel Natalia has really gone the extra mile to ensure we can come to a suitable and workable arrangement with the landlord and she has helped restore my confidence in estate agents. I know Natalia has recently joined the Tooting branch, and with the quality of customer experience she had provided, she is certainly an asset to the branch. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Jacksons and have suggested to my current landlord, who is looking to switch agencies, that she considers using Jacksons.

Do not buy from these estate agents. My partner and I put in an offer on a property on a Friday morning, meeting the asking price. Even the estate agent indicated that our offer would be accepted. However, Jacksons did not immediately present our offer to the vendor/seller. Despite making several calls to check on the status, we were consistently given evasive responses.
Over the weekend, they showcased the property to numerous other potential buyers instead of submitting our offer. We have calls and emails confirming this delay. Finally, our offer was accepted on Tuesday.
Then, on Tuesday, Kadeem Sucko called to inform us that other viewers had visited the property over the weekend and someone had made a slightly higher offer. He asked for our next best offer, clearly attempting to incite a bidding war. Rather than engaging in this unscrupulous behavior, we decided not to proceed with them and withdrew our interest in the property. We refuse to work with such disgraceful and greedy estate agents.

Where to start!
The day we were due to move in we turned up and the cleaners were still there. They had drenched the sofas and beds to a point where it took two days to dry out and we couldn't sleep on them. We weren't offered a apology and from the start, Jacksons were very argumentative and defensive. We were offered £100 between two to get a hotel for a night in London!
We have had multiple issues with the flat all of which have yet to be fixed/refused to be fixed quoting you rented the flat as seen! these include broken tiles that slam against the building keeping us up, a broken dryer, Terrible blinds that don't block any light.
After all these issues they then asked if we could drop the landlord's post over to jackson's office as they couldn't be bothered to come and collect it.
Incredibly unresponsive and a nightmare to deal with!

I have been letting through Jackson's for the last two and a half years and the service was appalling. We repeatedly had emails and calls ignored, slow responses and had to chase constantly to get any work done. We had two leaks in the house that took so long to get anyone out to that the ceilings fell down (one of which took 6 weeks to fix and my housemate was left paying full rent without a room to live in). I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

I used Jacksons Estate Agents to Let and Manage my property from 2012 - 2016. They were great for the first 2 years. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the last 2 years because:
1. They consistently paid the rent collected to me on random dates, up to a month late and in one instance never at all until I had to chase them up for a May 2016 payment in January 2017
2. Ongoing poor communication especially when issues were raised - I had to keep sending the same emails with the same evidence and requests to different people until I finally escalated the key issues as a formal complaint to the lettings director, even then it took from Nov 2016 - March 2017 for all outstanding issues to get resolved
3. They didn't pay back money collected from deposit of the tenancy vacated in Dec 2014 until end Feb 2017, after I had to repeatedly chase them and when they paid it they made no mention of adding any interest for all the time they had held on to money that should have been paid to me
4. Inspite of a professional clean which I'd paid for my flat was left in such a poor state when they handed it back at the end of Sep 2016 that I had to spend 1 week cleaning it myself and �9000 restoring it back to how I'd handed it over to them, even though they were meant to have carried out 4 inspection a year as well as check in and checkout for each tenancy - so many things were missed off in all these processes
I will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone else.
