Dom and Eva were very proactive on our garden flat sale. The sale was complicated by us gaining planning permission for the buyers pre purchase, then the added complication of a freehold sale and transfer post sale. They kept us fully informed, and worked hard at communication with possibility the most demanding buyers I have ever sold to. I would not hesitate in recommending them, Dom in particular has been in the business long enough to have been there and done it - reassuring to have on your side in a very protracted sales process.
