I have to give several calls in order to have the deposit back which is still not the case currently. I have moved out the property 10 days ago and I have not heard from the agency until I give them a call again... I will definitely not rent another property from this "Company" anymore... I have moved out the property 10 days ago and I have not heard from the agency until I give them a call again...
I will definitely not rent another property from this "Company" anymore staff seems to be lazy and not interested in their job

I have dealt with Felicity J Lord on three occassions: selling my apartment, renting out a temporary accomodation and, most recently, finding a tenant for my buy-to-let property.
Whilst those were three separate transactions my overall impression has always been the same - Felicity J Lord get the job done. Firstly, they are very efficient in finding you the right tenant/buyer/apartment. Not sure how they do it - but on each occassion I was using them they were in competition with the other agents and yet they always came back with the offer ahead of everyone else. Secondly, when you're selling or acting as a landlord, they are good at achieving the full asking price. Thirdly, they are polite and professional and responsive - never had an issue with unanswered emails etc.
Overall, they are a Volkswagen Golf of the Agents: whilst not the poshest of all, they are very reliable, practical and used to getting you from point A to B without unnecessary hustle, on time and for good value.
Will use them again.

Overall I have been extremely impressed with the service of David and his team in the letting of my flat. They let out the property within a week of being contacted and the service over the year since then has been very good. They ironed out any issues wrt the practicalities of letting out the property without even bothering me with them and any small ongoing issues from the tenants have been dealt with with the minimum of fuss. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to other landlords.

I used a other local agents previously and had no hope for rental agents. They would always hide away and not contact me back. David calls and emails me well after working day when I need advice. I'm a happy customer and will continue to use for future.
