Unfortunately very difficult to deal with. The 'Property Manager' was unresponsive to emails throughout much of the year I was his tennant. He was always available through switchboard, which meant he was at his desk. This left me confused as to what he was doing all day if not 'managing the property'. When I moved out he would not help me to get my deposit back, which should be his responsibility. Instead, he sent me a copied and pasted email advising me to do what I could to contact the new tennant about it as Cluttons prefer tennants to deal with the passing on of deposits. When this became urgent, he'd gone off on holiday. He certainly hadn't earned it. In summary - struck me as a career thief. Won't be using again.

Cluttons is not responsive to issues and problems and have been acting so very funny about the contracts. My contracts ends on a Sunday which means I am paying for the Sunday, therefore I suggested that keys will be available for collection on Monday morning as it is more convenient for both...
