We needed to find new tenants after our current ones moved on to buy their own property. As usual Mary and Alison provided a swift and professional service to find and vet our new tenant. They were extremely helpful and proactive which as always was much appreciated!
These are the forth tenants that we have had at our property over the last seven years and as usual we had no gap in the transition between the out-going tenants and the in-coming!

After a chat with Steve we were happy to trust him to sell our house and he didn't let us down.
Within a week Lottie had contacted us with 2 viewings for the weekend. Then first thing Monday Lottie contacted us again with an offer.
Just wished we hadn't wasted 18 months with a so called leading agent. Wished we'd used Steve and Whitegates from the start.
Very impressed with the service received.

Dreadful! Run a mile, this estate agent does not look after your interests. Used them to sell my empty property and ended up taking them to the Ombudsman. I received compensation for negligence and shoddy service, which unfortunately didn't cover the amount that I actually lost with the 'cash buyer' which they failed to authenticate. Run fast from this estate agent and take your business to an agent that's interested and cares, and doesn't blame you when the brown stuff hits the fan.

As a first time landlord, Whitegates Scunthorpe were the preferred choice for me. I was a little dubious in handing over my property which I had been in living in, for the last 5 years.
Whitegates explained everything along the way; how the process worked and how they would attract tenants and set up viewings for me. With my property advertised for less than 2 days, I had my first enquiry, my second and a third and all the while, I was emailed and texted to keep me in the picture.
I was then luckily enough to get an offer and my new tenants moved in a fortnight ago.
I reccommend Whitegates.

I felt that my problems were taken seriously and were never a burden. The sale of the house was done in a very short time span due to the fabulous staff.
I can recommend this firm without hesitation, as I feel confident that they will do their utmost for their clients.

I had used other agents in Scunthorpe to find a tenant. These agents were non communicative and did not arrange many (if any) viewings. I found them complacent.
Then I contacted Whitegates - what a difference. Whitegates were communicative. They sent regular texts and emails about viewings. After each viewing they provided effective feedback, and they found me a tenant quickly.
I found Whitegates to be friendly, efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend using them for all your property needs.
