I've had experience with Whitegates in the rental market before but this is the first time I've bought a house from them.
The entire process was faultless. From arranging my multiple viewings of the house to getting my offer accepted and processed, I felt like they were on the ball throughout the process.
Ella was amazing. She would regularly call up to check up on my progress and was also friendly and helpful whenever I chased her up for updates.

I lived in this property for 7.8 yrs throughout this time I was continuously harassed, threatened by Annabel (works at Whitegates ), landlady and her friend living next door of 53 penny hill drive and Whitegates failed to resolve any issues I was facing. They treat you like a rent prisoners and tried to controlled you. Soon I will be posting all the communications I had with this estate agent on different social media channels. I am also reporting them to trading standards and property ombudsman.</p>

I owned a property in Bradford but I am based in London. Whitegates took on my property in 2007 and have managed it up until I sold in December 2023.
From the start to finish , 16 years they have looked after it , arranging maintenance jobs when needed and not over charging. Informed me of any changes and general property updates. I highly recommend them as over those 16 years I have rarely had to get involved.
Samatha, Annabel and Ian have all been great points of contact and always on hand if you have any questions.

Despite this there was a lot of early interested and an early buyer, who dropped out. A second sale was agreed shortly after. It has taken nearly a year to complete due to massive changes in mortgage market and getting vacant possession. Whitegates, and in particular Gail Wood, have been excellent throughout the process. Keeping me in formed, chasing solicitors, lender and buyer. An excellent service which I would recommend to anyone.
