Poor service, unresponsive, poor communication at best. Slow to return deposit and general lack of interest in the end user. Contract not prepared properly and stapled together in the wrong order. No communication about new tenants viewing property, no acklowledgement for receipt of keys etc. The firm is probably good but the staff are absolutely useless. Will not use again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Don't just work on behalf of the landlord especially when the tenant is also paying you.

What agent could do to change your mind?
