Four years ago we brought our house with Prospects. When deciding to sell we returned to the Warfield branch. From the moment we started the process I was impressed with the personal service we received and particularly the service from Hannah Cornish. The team were friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them.

Other Agents and solicitors throughout the chain failing to communicate and often everyone being left in the dark. As we were moving to a new build 200 miles away it has been a very stressful time. Having an Agent that was contactable and reliable was a huge benefit. Mark Horn at Warfield pulled out all the stops to make our move happen. He resold our house within 48 hours of the original sale falling through! Should have used Prospect Warfield from the start.

Prospect Estate Agent in Warfield were able to secure offers well above the asking price of our house, and this was after another agent that was located out of the village, was not able to get any offers.
Before we sold the house, we thought that it didn't matter where the agent was located, because we thought that everyone just looks at Right Move! But it did matter in our case as Prospect were more active, responsive and had a better sale strategy. This led to 2 offers well above the asking price and the pleasant surpirse of an offer 17k above what we were expecting. This was achived in schedule and therefore we are very grateful for Prospect's diligent and professional work - this is our second house sold through Prospect and we would definitely recommend them to others.

We bought our property through Prospect and wished we had sold through them too.
Near the end of completion we had a few teething problems and Ricky helped to try and speed things through. Everytime we spoke to Hannah she was always bubbly and happy to help.
To top it all off we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers when we collected our keys, which was such a lovely gesture, more than we got from our Estate Agent we sold through, we didn't even get a congratulations or good luck or even a THANKYOU for our business.

I was delighted with the service from Prospect from my first viewing of the property to the completion of the sale. All companies are in business for a sale but I never felt any pressurised 'selling'. All queries were answered efficiently and in a friendly yet business like manner. When waiting in the Prospect office for my new house keys the service could not have been better, I was offered coffee and a magazine and felt very comfortable. Hannah is a 'gem'!
