1. We friend helped us to communicate with Kerrie re this property. She promised that we could move into the flat by latest 1 April but she told us it couldn't be done until 2 April due to various reasons.
2. Kerrie told our friend that the carpet in the flat hasn't been cleaned and will arrange someone to clean before we move in but she didn't and told us the carpet is brand new one.
3. Kerrie told us she only had one set of keys and didn't know where are the rest of them. However one man (from cleaning company) came to our flat with another set of keys after we moved in. Both us and that person were surprised since none of us was notified that this would happen (some one will come to clean the room and there were people living in this flat).
4. Many problems were not identified in the inventory list. Below are only some of them.
A sharp nail (around 6 mm coming through the carpet) facing to outside which is just outside of the bedroom. If anyone step onto it, it will cause serious injury to the foot. We tried to remove it but failed.
Two windows in the lounge cannot be locked which may cause child fall out of the window or other people climb into the room through the window which is extremely dangerous.
The insulating layer of the double glazed window in the lounge didn't work.
There are a lot more small problems but so far I haven't heard from Kerrie or their propriety management department yet.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Too many things to improve.
If you have a look at all these problem above, you will know it.
